Couples Budget | Google Sheets Template

Budget together without the awkward money talks. This Google Sheets template tracks every shared cost, splits it fairly (by income, 50/50 or one person pays) and tells you exactly who owes who, month by month.

WHAT'S INSIDE

- Dashboard: pick a month or the full year and see combined income, shared spending, what each of you paid vs your fair share, a clear settle-up message (for example "Sam owes Alex $631.97"), shared spending by category, who paid vs fair share, joint goals and a month-by-month chart

TWO VERSIONS

You get a sample version filled with example data so you can see how everything works, and a blank version ready for your own numbers.

HOW IT WORKS

1. After purchase, download the PDF from the link in your confirmation email.

2. Click the link in the PDF. Google asks you to make a copy, which is saved to your own Google Drive. Share it with your partner so you can both edit.

3. Add both names and incomes on the Setup tab, then log shared costs as you go.
