proposed Order on Motion to Deem Allegations as Admitted

Use this PROPOSED order to have the court deem certain petition allegations admitted against a party opponent; usually because the opponent was sanctioned and default judgment was entered.  As a result of the default, the fctual allegations of plaintiff petition are to be deemed admitted.
