Design Approval: Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, numbers, dates, photos, colors, and wording before approving the final proof. Changes requested after final approval may not be possible and may require an additional fee.

Processing: Standard production is 10–14 business days and begins after all required design information is received and the final design proof is approved.

Rush Orders: Rush production is 5–7 business days, based on availability. An additional rush fee applies.

Final Sale: All customized sports balls are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the personalized nature of the item.

Shipping & Delivery: Shipping is charged separately at checkout. Personal delivery may also be available for select local orders. Once an order has been shipped, delivery time is determined by the shipping carrier and is separate from the production timeframe. Personal delivery details will be arranged directly with the customer when applicable.

Order Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage or seller error must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If The Broke Crafter made an error, the issue will be corrected.

Handmade Notice: Each customized sports ball is handmade with care. Minor variations such as slight wrinkles, bubbles, glitter specks, placement differences, or slight color variations may occur as part of the handmade process. These small variations are normal and are not considered defects.
