How is the video shown

• The visitor sees a poster (still image) with a video icon overlay.
• As soon as the user clicks on it, a popup starts showing the video.

Type of video files accepted

• Direct MP4
• WebM file URL
• oEmbed URL (YouTube, Vimeo, Bunny, Gumlet, etc.)
• Option to show Bunny m3u8 files
• Shows Gumlet MP4 and m3u8 files
• Dynamic Video block plugin has the option to automatically fetch the video-poster from Vimeo, YouTube, Gumlet and Bunny and add it as the clickable video-poster. Important: a video must be set to public or allowed domain, and 'Block direct URL file access' should be turned off; otherwise, this will not work. Those settings are necessary anyway to be able to show the video)
• Auto-play on of off. Not to worry: opening the popup still requires a manual click, only then does the auto-start work. With or without sound (muted) depends on the video origin (Bunny, Gumlet, YouTube, Vimeo, etc) and the browser settings.

Flexible

• The poster (still image) can have any ratio in terms of height and width.
• The background color and transparency of the Play icon are fully adjustable.
• The maximum width of the video popup is adjustable. Default: 720px.
