 Phoenix is a powerful crime boss, but she doesn't know her time at the top is about to be over. We see her in sexy lingerie, laying on a couch rubbing her navel with her gun. She's killed many adversaries by shooting them in the belly button and she's fantasizing about her past victims.

She hears a noise and gets up. It must be the feds she thinks. We see her from behind as she walks with her gun in hand.

She spots the agent but before she can even fire her gun she takes a bullet right to the belly button.

Phoenix drops to her knees clutching her belly as blood trickles from her navel. She looks down at her wound in shock while moaning and breathing heavily. 

She leans back on her hands, hyperventilating. We see her belly trembling as she stares at her wound with a sad look on her face. She's almost crying while she says "no, this can't happen to me!"

The agent points the gun at Phoenix and shoots her right in the middle of the chest and Phoenix rolls her eyes and lays back spread eagle. She moans and says "I'm dead... I'm dead." and then dies with her eyes open and tongue sticking all the way out. 

We get to see her from all angles before getting a close up on her face to end the video.
