This baby blanket uses a modern cable and lace pattern to create a big effect! The reverse side is different, but just as attractive as the front.
Please note: pattern requires two cable needles and includes both knitting and purling through the back loops.

MATERIALS NEEDED
Yarn:
Knit Picks Simply Cotton Worsted (100% cotton; 164 yds/150 m per 100g skein); color Duchess Heather; 3 (5, 7) skeins.
If substituting yarn, you will need approximately 450 (750, 1100) yds / 420 (690, 1010) m of Aran or heavy-worsted weight yarn.
Recommended needles:
US #8 [5.0 mm] circular needle, 24 inches or longer
Notions:
2 cable needles, yarn needle.
GAUGE (exact gauge isn’t critical)
19 sts/21 rows = 4 inches/10 cm in Lozenge Stitch, stretched widthwise.
