WAIS-IV AutoScoring Template - French Norms

A quick way to score the WAIS-IV (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scaler - Fourth Edition) using French norms. All you have to do is enter in the dates and raw scores after administering the test and the easy to use Microsoft Excel form will automatically fill in the Standard scores, Composite scores, comparisons, strengths/weaknesses, base rates and create two graphs describing the test results. Included is one spreadsheet with two tabs (one for raw scores and analysis and the other for graphs). This autoscoring template uses French norms only. The template should only be used by mental health and medical professionals with at least some experience scoring the WAIS-IV.
