Invoice & Quote Maker with Client List and Invoice Log (Excel Template)

A simple way for freelancers and small businesses to send clean invoices and quotes, and to know who still owes them money.

• Invoice and Quote: one printable page each, with 15 lines, a discount line and optional sales tax. Pick the client from a dropdown and their address fills in.
• My Business: type your details, payment terms and how to pay once. They appear on every invoice and quote, and due dates are worked out for you.
• Clients: room for 100 clients.
• Invoice Log: add a row per invoice and the date it was paid. See totals for paid, open and overdue, with days overdue.

Good to know

• Excel file (.xlsx). Also opens in Google Sheets and LibreOffice. Save as PDF to send.
• The example business and clients are made up. Replace them with your own.
• It does not send invoices or take payments, and it is not accounting software.
