Managed Separation Plan

Dear Friend,

Thank you for purchasing my Managed Separation Plan. Separation is a big decision, and the vast majority of people separate on their own, without a plan or timeline, and end up messing up their lives in ways they didn't intend. Truly, nothing scares me more than seeing a couple separating without a plan, and also, without therapeutic guidance along the way. I created this plan so that you would have a therapeutic separation experience. Over the years, I have tweaked this into the document you see today. Every part of it is intentional and by design. I encourage you not to mess with it too much. If, in the end, you decide to divorce, I can also show you how to do it amicably. Don't do any of this alone!

Please share this agreement with your spouse and your therapist, but we ask that you share it with no one else.
