The Dream to Funded Intensive is a focused, four-hour, in-person training designed to help nonprofit leaders, ministry founders, and community organizations move from vision to readiness.

Led by grant strategist LaTousha R. Daniels, this intensive walks participants through the structural framework required before submitting a competitive grant proposal. Drawing from executive-level grant management experience, this session is practical, strategic, and implementation-driven.

During this experience, you will:

• Evaluate your organization’s true grant readiness

• Identify structural gaps that prevent funding success

• Clarify mission alignment and funding positioning

• Strengthen your program narrative and strategy

• Develop a clear action plan for your next grant opportunity
