As a practitioner, my number one priority is simple: keeping athletes available to train and play as much as possible. The best way to improve in your sport is to spend more time on the pitch, not in the physio room. Every missed session is a missed opportunity to develop. My second priority is to make athletes physically better—stronger, faster, more robust, and more efficient movers—so they can handle the demands of the game and gain an edge over their opponents. 


I created this program for beginner athletes who are just starting their journey in strength and conditioning. Even if you have some gym experience, this program is still highly valuable. There’s nothing groundbreaking here—it’s not flashy or overly complicated. It’s built on fundamentals because, in any industry, the fundamentals are the foundation of success. Master the basics! Strength and athleticism aren’t built overnight; it takes years of consistency and progression.
