Dante's Desire

Brandt is sent as a scout to locate help for his village after raiders are spotted. But the king he finds wants something in return. Marry his sister, or kill the local dragon. Brandt neither wants to marry nor shed blood. He appeals to the dragon, instead, about moving to his village and helping them.

Somewhere in the negotiations, Brandt finds himself mated to the dragon, Dante. They return to his village, in secrecy, and find it was all a ruse by the king to rid his kingdom of the dragon. Brandt is a brilliant warrior with no experience in intimacy. Dante is thrilled to be Brandt’s tutor.

But Dante’s desire unlocks something in Brandt he can’t control. And the kingdom they thought they left behind wants it badly enough to kill for it.
