My Hair Transformation Journey
My hair has always been on the thinner side, and after years of coloring and processing it, it had become pretty fragile. I eventually stopped coloring and decided to let my natural gray grow out, and my hair was actually starting to feel healthier. But over time, I began noticing more hair loss. This felt different and more significant than the thinning I had experienced in the past. My part seemed wider, I could see more of my scalp, and I was shedding more than what felt normal for me.
That’s when I started taking pictures. I wanted to really see what was happening and, later, whether the things I was doing were actually making a difference.
This guide is my personal hair transformation journey from June 2025 through August 2026. I share what I experienced, what I tried, what I used, what I discussed with my doctors, and the real progress I documented along the way.
Inside my guide, I share:

If you’ve been looking in the mirror wondering what is happening to your hair, I hope sharing my experience helps you feel a little less alone and maybe gives you a few things to think about or discuss with your own healthcare provider.
