One row per item: what you paid, where you listed it, what it sold for, postage and fees. The workbook does the sums.

What it does

• Stock log for up to 1,500 items: bought, listed, sold, refunded; status fills in by itself
• Profit and margin per item after platform fees, postage, packaging and repair costs

• Platform fees from a Settings table: Vinted and eBay UK private seller pre-filled from their help pages, your own rates for eBay business, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy or anything else; a per-item override
• 12-month dashboard (start 6 April or 1 January): items sold, sales, cost of goods, fees, postage, expenses, profit, plus stock on hand and a per-platform table
• Reporting check: per platform, per calendar year, your number of sales and money received in euros against the 30-sales / €2,000 thresholds, with a "getting close" warning at 80%
• Expenses tab for bumps, packaging, labels and travel

About the thresholds: under the UK rules and the EU's DAC7 directive, platforms such as Vinted and eBay pass a seller's details to the tax authority once the seller makes 30 or more sales of goods, or receives about €2,000 (about £1,700) or more, in a calendar year, counted per platform. Being reported is not a tax in itself. Sources (GOV.UK, Revenue Ireland, Agencia Tributaria, EU Directive 2021/514) are listed inside the workbook. The tracker estimates the platform's count; the platform's own figures are the ones that count.

Works with Microsoft Excel (desktop, 365, online). Built for Google Sheets too: it uses only functions Google Sheets has.
