Seikkalu Hat - a knitting pattern

Let me take you on a trip around the world. All you need is a comfortable chair to sit in, some time, knitting needles and a skein of wonderful Colour Adventures yarn.
Our first trip was to Poland but this time I’m taking you to Finland. The land of snow, Northern Lights, and lakes in the most beautiful shade of blue. So take your needles in your hands and get ready to set off on a wonderful one-skein journey!

One Size
To fit head circumference: 54-57cm/21.5-23”.
Length: approx. 22.5cm/9”.

Yarn
1 skein of Colour Adventures Dia Worsted - 100% merino 199m/218y: 115g. Sample shown in colorway Dusk.

Needles
4mm/US #6 or size needed for gauge, dpns or 40cm/16” circular and needles for small circumference at crown.
3.25mm/US #3 or 3 sizes smaller than gauge needles, dpns or 40cm/16” circular.

22 sts x 32 rows over 10cm/4” in ridge pattern worked in the round with needle 4 mm/US #6.
