Welcome to the Hypertrophy program of your dreams. If you're interested in building muscle this is the plan for you. It's a 4-week plan. You will be training 6 times per week hitting each muscle group twice per week for optimal results. I included a 5th week which is a deload that is explained in detail and then you can just re-run the program again but with more strength the following time.
