Born from a desire to listen to the 963hz frequency while going to sleep, I created this audio track of isochronic tones so I didn't have to play a YouTube video on the TV.

963hz is associated with the connection to higher consciousness. Isochronic tones are tones that ping on and off constantly. These are the tones that do not require headphones in order to work.

This 1.5 hour MP3 track is designed to start with you when you're winding down for bed, using Alpha isochronics. Then it weaves into Theta isochronics, where your brain starts drifting closer to the dreamtime. This is where a gentle ping of the 936hz tone comes in to visit. The last phase it weaves into is Delta isochronics, and slowly fades out at the end.

Overlayed with the sounds of rain, this track does not have embedded subliminals. This track also is only to be used when you go to sleep. Do no operate machinery (or anything remotely close to this) while listening, as it was designed with sleep frequencies.
