This isn’t just another hormone guide. Growing My Chest on HRT is an intimate, science-meets-soul journey through the process of breast development on hormone replacement therapy, written by someone who’s lived it.

Over 100 pages of real insight, research, and lived experience. I break down what actually shapes growth, from hormones and genetics to stress, diet, and mindset. You’ll learn what worked for me, what didn’t, and how to approach your own transition with patience, curiosity, and care.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • A complete breakdown of key hormones: estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, prolactin, and growth hormone (GH/IGF-1)
  • Guidance on dosages, application techniques, and absorption tips
  • A detailed section on bras, measuring, and finding your fit
  • Deep dives into nutrition, supplements, and hydration for optimal growth
  • Mindset and confidence tools to help you connect with your body and self-image
  • My personal gel regimen, hormone levels, and journey from C to DD (and beyond!)

Growing my chest

I am only part way into the book. I have been taking hormones for many years. My desired results are meeting me halfway. I had my whiskers removed by electrolysis; however, they returned tenfold. My chest needs a boost. I am hopping the answers will be in your book. Thank you for your research.

This is very specific knowledge that you just don't get by googling. It was exactly what I needed right now and I am very grateful that you shared this knowledge with me 🫶🏼

Wow ! I actually learnt things I didn’t know .

I purchased this book thinking that I knew my hormone stuff pretty well but I was actually really surprised about a few things . It kind of made me realise what I may be doing wrong and how I should probably look at changing things up in my HRT . I am bi polar and I have noticed a pattern with my shots and my manic episodes….i had to decrease my estrogen for a while but now I know that injections just probably ain’t suitable for someone like me long term …. I wasn’t really expecting much with this book but it really changed my perspective … only problem I have with this is I wish it was a bit longer only cause I love all the knowledge and experience shared by Alexis. Nevertheless, I found it highly informative and touching . You can tell Alexis put her heart into it . I hate that our community has to go through so much hate and discrimination … thank you again Alexis ! Hope this sells more ! You are truly the sweetest and most amazing trans sister I have come across online ! You deserve it the praise ! Thank you ! ☺️

Thorough, honest, and non-bias

I have experimented with my HRT regime a lot, to lead to where I am with it today. And it remains far from perfect. The fact is, so many of us have to DIY our HRT, due to increasingly insane and discriminatory waiting lists and treatment by professionals. Our most valuable source of information is amongst ourselves. This guide is thorough and well sourced from a mixture of personal experiences and statistical data / studies. It is vulnerable and comprehensive, and importantly doesn't preach or recommend a bias solution, but offers information and experience to help one find the best way through the maze to get to a HRT regime that is right for each individual.
Clearly a lot of thought and work has gone into this, and I am grateful for it. I learnt things I didn't before, and am considering different things, despite having been on my own HRT journey for years.
