What Is The Program About?
My 14 Week Powerbuilding Program has been specifically designed to help you increase your squat, bench and deadlift as fast as possible while also putting on some serious muscle mass. The program follows a push, pull, legs split with some exceptions and consists of several phases. The program is made up of simple training principles that are proven to work and uses RPE and % to measure intensity. over complicating your training is never a good idea! you could also repeat this program over and over again, get your money worth!

This program comes with a lot of cool functions. every accessory exercise will have a drop down menu with different exercises to choose from, that way the training never gets boring! The program also comes with a 1 rep max calculator! now you dont need to go on a shady website or risk injury maxing out in the gym! You need to know your 1 rep maxes for the suat, bench and deadlift, because you can put those numbers into the program and it will automaticly calculate what weight you should be using for every single set throughout the program! this takes away the guess work! I have also included a RPE chart, so you can learn more about it.

If you are advanced, intermediate or a beginner does not matter, its designed for everyone! This program is also very customizable, as you can very easily manipulate the sets, reps and even some exercises. It also includes a way to track your progress.
