Handel - Hallelujah Chorus for Clarinet Choir
George Frideric Handel was a German, later British composer, regarded as one of the greatest composers of the Baroque era. He composed "Messiah," an English oratorio, in 1741. The text derives from the King James Bible as it depicts the birth, life, death, and resurrection of Christ. "Messiah" has become one of the most well-known and frequently performed choral works of all time. Perhaps the most recognizable movement is the "Hallelujah" Chorus, the finale of Part II of the oratorio.
