Rules of the Space
- Vetting & Membership Boundary: Play Parties are Members Only (Members are able to purchase Guest tickets). Membership is not required for Non-Play (i.e., Light Track) events (e.g., Monthly Meets, Workshops).
- Cleanliness: Padded surfaces must be covered with barrier sheets during use and wiped down afterward.
- Discreet Billing: All transactions are billed discreetly under "YAD LLC" to protect your privacy.
- Clinical Practice Separation Policy: To maintain professional boundaries, individuals who have maintained an active therapy client relationship with venue leadership, management, or associated practices (Forensic Healing LLC / Equinox Sex and Relationship Counseling) within the past five years are prohibited from membership. By signing, you certify that you meet this requirement.

1. How do I get into the building?
We utilize a secure, discreet, and automated entry system. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a unique access code and detailed arrival instructions. There are no signs on the exterior of our building pointing to what we do, ensuring total discretion from the parking lot to the front door.
2. Do you have security cameras?
To respect our clients' absolute privacy, there are zero cameras inside any of the private rental rooms, suites, or play areas. For the physical safety of our guests and the venue, we maintain security cameras strictly at the building's exterior entrances and in the main public hallway.
3. What is your sanitation policy?
Hygiene is our highest priority. We provide medical-grade, fast-acting disinfectant spray (safe for leather and vinyl), fresh towels, and skin-safe barrier sheets.
- All members are required to use barrier sheets on padded furniture during sessions/bodywork, and to thoroughly sanitize all equipment and surfaces immediately after use.
4. Is alcohol permitted?
We are a strictly dry facility. No alcohol may be sold on the premises. If you are hosting a private gathering or a romantic date night, you are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages and food.
5. How to sign up as a couple?
It's easy! Choose a couples membership option and create one shared profile for you both. One shared username and password will get both of you into your shared portal.
6. What if I want to cancel?

7. When do memberships renew?
Memberships automatically renew on the same calendar date each month.
