Idaho Master License Agreement and State Addendum

This product contains state-specific addenda designed to be attached to a Master Independent Program License Agreement for use within a strictly unlicensed, license-based Independent Program model. The addenda are intended to confirm alignment with applicable state law while preserving the non-tenant, non-lease structure of program participation.

Each addendum reinforces that participation in the Independent Program constitutes a revocable license to participate in an administrative program and does not create a landlord–tenant relationship, leasehold interest, residency right, or entitlement to housing services. The Independent Program provides no personal care, supervision, treatment, assistance, or supportive services of any kind, and access to shared housing is conditional upon continued program participation and compliance with program rules.
