Getting Started as a Kriya Yoga Meditator and Practitioner was designed to give people who want to learn about Kriya Yoga and Meditation the opportunity to do so.

The programme offers a clear explanation of the philosophical concepts which form the basis of Kriya Yoga Practice. It provides an understanding of the psychological framework which is used to guide our practice and it shares instruction on the meditation techniques taught so as to experience success in your practice.

This programme has been designed to help people to get the most from the content available on the Kriya Yoga Meditation & Living YouTube Channel. The programme consists of a series of 10 videos, no more than 3 minutes in length. Each video in the programme highlights the next phase of learning, guiding you systematically through the content, supporting you to become grounded as a Kriya Yoga Meditator and Practitioner.
