O Mandarim - adapted for learners of Portuguese-AUDIO

This audio file is a reading of the novella "O Mandarim" by Eça de Queirós, adapted with simpler vocabulary, to be used as learning material by intermediate learners of European Portuguese. The story has been abbreviated, while keeping most plot points, and the vocabulary has been greatly simplified, with words that a learner of this level may already know and some others that may be new and are compiled into vocabulary lists for each chapter.
