Sankei-en, established in 1902 and opened in 1906, is one of Japan's younger gardens. Founded by Sankei Hara, a silk trader, the garden features historically significant buildings relocated from various regions. It includes several ponds, streams, and a rebuilt Main Hall and three-storied pagoda from Tōmyō-ji Temple in Kyoto.
