must have: sapphire, twixtor & BCC plugins

to adjust twixtor, zoom, or any other effects to fit your clip:

1. select all relevant keyframes
2. hold alt (or option on mac) while dragging the selected keyframes to stretch or compress them so that they match the length of your own clip

don’t forget to match the frame rate in the twixtor settings with the actual frame rate of your clip (23.976, 30, or 60 fps).

if the frame rate doesn’t match, it won't look as smooth.
