This book is one of the Music Theory Lessons that you've been looking for!!

Wouldn’t it be great if we could simplify everything that we play on guitar or piano into just three chords?  Sounds a bit silly, doesn’t it?  Yet, the incredible thing is… it’s actually possible!  We can simplify both our understanding of chords (music theory), and our actual playing of music, into just three chords.

I’m excited to show you how the tonal relationships between just three chords in any and every key can allow you to simplify your playing of just about any song.  This lesson will also give you some insight into using substitution chords and different chord voicings.  I teach more about both substitution chords and chord voicings in other lessons, but this lesson will touch on those topics as well.

By the end of this lesson, 45-page eBook, you will have an understanding of both some easy-to-play substitution chords and some new chord voicings.  Substitution chords are most typically used in jazz music because of the improvisational nature of jazz; however, using substitution chords can sound great in just about any style of music.  You should have no problem integrating these chords as you play your favorite songs, so I want to challenge you to try using the concepts you learn here as soon as possible.

Ultimately, my hope is to simplify (and demystify) some advance music theory concepts in this lesson.  Everything discussed will require a basic understanding of music theory and how music works, so we will do some significant theory review at the beginning of this lesson as well.

This lesson will help you broaden and simplify your understanding of music theory in relation to diatonic chords.  If you aren’t familiar with diatonic chords, or don’t know what those are quite yet, don’t stress.  I will take you through the beginning music theory elements step by step.

In addition, you will learn more about music theory concepts like:
   - Notes
   - Key Signatures
   - Chords

AND... how all of these work together within a key to make what we call… MUSIC!!
