Connecting with the Green Man

The preferred time for connecting with the Green Man is Beltane although this meditation can be undertaken whenever you feel drawn to do it.

During this meditation, you will be invited to connect with nature and the Power of the Green Man. Absorbing his energies, seeing the world from his perspective, receiving a gift directly from the Green Man and being offered the chance of your own rebirth.
