This neuro-affirming webinar will help to prepare you and your neurodivergent child for the return to school so it can feel a little easier and supported. I will also be sending out an email after the session summarising the main points discussed and support ideas/practical tools.

What the webinar will cover:

• Easing anxiety and uncertainty in the lead up to September - lots of tools and ideas for support your child
• Building familiarity before the first day
• Supporting your child's regulation through those tricky first weeks back
• Understanding after-school overwhelm and depleted capacity, and how to help
• Communicating with school, including when to arrange that first meeting

What you will leave with:

• A clear plan for the transition, so you feel better prepared
• Practical strategies you can put in place, tailored for neurodivergent/highly sensitive children
• A better understanding of why the return is so hard, and what actually helps
• More confidence heading into September and into your first school meeting of the year

I am an Autism and ADHD Family Coach, Education Consultant, former teacher and Mum to a neurodivergent child. I have supported hundreds of families through this exact transition and this is the third year running this session for parents/carers.
