Every day there's something lovely to open - perhaps a delicious tisane to drink, a lush chocolate or a revitalising face mask.

There will also be 24 days of tiny practices too - a combination of wellness practices, mindfulness, feel-good features and more. You can dip in and out as you choose.

The whole 24 days is dedicated to your indulgence and to you feeling good during this season.

You do all the prepping and planning, the spiralling and spinning plates so how about you actually get to have your own time to celebrate and enjoy Advent and carve out some meaningful time for you because you deserve it 🎄

The idea is that you use your Advent treat on the day so that you get the benefit throughout the 24 days to treat yourself well. It's simple and do-able and doesn't add to your list, it gives you a pause, a breather, a moment to feel happiness.

Every day you will get a message from us in your online Advent Calendar and you will see the tiny practice for that day, none of it compulsory of course, just small actions and activities to elevate your joy and wellbeing 🥰

At the end of Advent you will be able to look back and see all the little moments that you've had for yourself, the time you've taken to be present, the treats you've enjoyed. Your body will thank you, your mind will have had a chance or two to pause and you will be set up ready for celebrating with family and friends or simply to feel rested and refreshed and cared for during this time ♥️
