(Virtual) Meditation Club
Daily meditation in a group setting.
Daily meditation in a group setting.
For years I meant to create a meditation practice. Almost every card reading I did for myself included an admonition to meditate. But, I kept putting it off.
Finally, after years of getting in my own way, I made the effort. I set aside time every day.
Within just a few weeks, I noticed a change. Other things I'd been putting off seemed easier to do. I felt more sure of my decisions and more ready to create my life.*
I want that for you, too. So, I'm inviting you to join me during my own practice, to make a commitment to yourself to show up and connect to Source (however you see it; whatever you call it).
This isn't about polish and perfection. It's about making yourself a priority.
You can finally prioritize the meditation practice you've been longing to have.
Join in daily for a 20 minute meditation followed by inspiration from the Raise Your Vibration Oracle card deck by Kyle Gray.
Start your day with a live morning meditation and carry that peace with you all day.
Meditation Club meets live on Zoom Monday - Saturday at 10:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time, a minimum of 20 days each month. This time is subject to change.
The most recent session will also be available as a replay.
Excellent question! It means that if you want candles, incense, music, candles, etc., you will need to provide it for yourself. I will not have any kind of music or other atmosphere pieces. That way everyone can have the experience that suits them. I do ask that participants remain muted during our meeting time. Camera off is fine and even encouraged if there is anything visually distracting happening on your end.
No, to both. The objective here is to help you establish a consistent practice. The practice, itself, is yours. Feel free to incorporate chanting, movement, a recorded guided meditation of your choice, or anything else that will help you create the experience you desire, keeping in mind that our time frame is 20 minutes. No problem! I get it. It is a long time. When I first tried 20 minutes, I found myself checking midway through to make sure my timer was actually on. If a 20-minute silent meditation is more than you're ready for, you can add a guided meditation of your choice, or simply stop when you're ready. That's one of the reasons I encourage everyone to leave their cameras off. Do stick around for the full time though, so you can hear the Vibe of the Day. I think you'll find that it won't take as long as you suspect to work up to the full 20 minutes.
While live is the ideal, sometimes life doesn't work in ideals. Yes, each session will be recorded, but only the most recent will be available for viewing. That way you can choose a regular time that works for you, but you won't have a bunch of unwatched sessions stacking up. Plus, they're really all the same other than the card pull at the end.
You can email me at lesa@riverofintention.com or use the contact button at the top of the page. Either way I will get back to you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
*I do not claim that you will automatically feel more capable because of regular meditation. I am describing only my personal experience.
