The Family Emergency Plan Kit: Mobile Kit + 78-Page Fillable PDF
Your family's emergency plan, done in one calm weekend. Fill it in on your phone (no app store, no account) or print it for the fridge.
FAMILY EMERGENCY PLAN KIT | Mobile kit + 78-page fillable PDF | Instant download
WORKS ON YOUR PHONE. PRINTS FOR THE FRIDGE.
- Open your kit in your phone's browser (Safari or Chrome). No app store, no account.
- Tap "Add to Home Screen" and it opens like an app. On iPhone, add it to your Home Screen before you start filling it in.
- Works offline once it has loaded, so your plan is there when the signal is not.
- Nothing leaves your phone. Your plan is saved on your device only, and a Back up button keeps a copy you control.
- Prints for the fridge: a one-page fridge sheet, wallet cards and the full plan.
- Prefer a PDF? The 78-page fillable PDF is included too; it prints cleanly as well. To type into the PDF on a phone, use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app.

QUESTIONS
Will it work on my phone? Yes. The mobile kit opens in your phone's browser and works offline once loaded. The PDFs also open on any phone; typing into the PDF fields works in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app.
Is it an app? It is a web app, not an app-store download. You open it in Safari or Chrome and can add it to your Home Screen, so it opens like an app. There is nothing to install from a store.
Do I need an account? No. There is no sign-up and no password. The first time you open the kit you type the email you used at checkout, once per phone (up to 5 phones per order).
Where is my information stored? Only on your phone. Nothing is sent to us. If you clear your browser data or lose your phone, your plan is erased, so tap Back up now and then and keep the file somewhere safe. There is no sync between devices; a second adult can fill in their own phone, or you can send them your backup file and they tap Restore.
Do I need an internet connection? Only the first time you open it. After that it works offline.
Can I print it? Yes. Print the PDF (the form fields stay blank on paper). It is US Letter; on A4 choose "Fit to page".
Which risks does it cover? Hurricane, wildfire, winter storm and power outage, earthquake and flood, plus the Tornado module (free update). Use only the modules that fit where you live.
Is it medical or legal advice? No. See the disclaimer below. The medical pages only record what your doctor has already prescribed.
