Navigating PMAD Together
Pregnancy and the postpartum journey can bring significant emotional, physical, relational, and lifestyle changes. While this season is often expected to feel joyful, many individuals and families quietly struggle with overwhelm, anxiety, depression, emotional disconnection, intrusive thoughts, or feelings they were not prepared for.
Navigating PMAD Together was created to provide compassionate, educational, and supportive guidance for individuals experiencing Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), as well as the partners, family members, and support people walking alongside them.
In honor of Maternal Mental Health Week, my self-paced workshop Navigating PMAD Together is available for $37 throughout May. Use Promo Code: MHA2026

Whether you are personally navigating PMAD, supporting someone you love, or seeking a deeper understanding of maternal mental health, this course was created with compassion, emotional safety, and hope in mind.
