If you have a desire to study dance at a California State University, this document is for you. Deciding upon a college or university to study dance can be both exciting and challenging. As someone with experience graduating from 2 Cal State Universities, majored in dance, and danced and applied dance education in graduate school, I believe in the importance of researching the dance departments at CSUs if that is where you desire to earn your dance degree or study dance. With my educational advising experience, I have helped provide guidance to high school and college students in deciding on a major and careers. Here are five California State Universities with dance as a major and the types of undergraduate dance degrees to help you research dance degrees on your college journey.
