Excellent recipes!

So many things I love about this book! Simple but flavorful recipes. I made the zucchini soup recipe (sorry I can't recall the recipe name at the moment- brain fog) in a double batch and froze in single serve portions for my really low energy days. I also appreciated the varying substitutions suggested for each recipe to add a little more pizzazz or to adjust a recipe to better serve your dietary needs! Finally... the photos of the food had my mouth watering. Who says you can't eat deliciously even with a sensitive tummy? This recipe collection proves you can.

Amazing Life Changing Cookbook!

This book helped get me back in the kitchen for the first time in years! The recipes are SO straightforward, I love that the book shows what utensils you will need. So far, everything I've tried has been very easy on the gut. Ingredients are so simple, I have most of the ingredients and supplies in my house already, and just need to grab some produce. I've had to move home to live with my parents because of my various illnesses, but this is the first time in a year that I've felt able to help with food for my family! The book has given me a lot of confidence and I'm starting to get a little excited about food again, which for those with MCAS, can be such a triggering subject.

Amazing and simple!!

From someone who struggles with a lot of GI issues and not much of an appetite, I honestly can’t wait to try these recipes!! I don’t eat a lot of solid foods due to IBD/short bowel syndrome/ POTS/suspected gastroperisis but having these recommendations from someone who has similar issues is huge! The photos are stunning which made my mouth water (which doesn’t happen often). Thank you for sharing and can’t wait to introduce them into my diet!

Really great recipes, and tasty too!

I have often had issues with my gut health and have tried to follow a fixed diet in order to increase energy. With other recipes online, often things tasted off or odd, but these recipes have been genuinely delicious and has brought more joy to mealtime that i havent had for a while. Thank you so much for putting this together - the instructions are easy to follow and the accompanying photos really sell the dishes :)

Delicious dishes, Easy to make, Good for those with gut issues.

This is a very comprehensive e-recipe book that’s visually beautiful and colourful with easy to follow recipes.
The author Katya Kozary includes descriptions of different dietary conditions people may suffer from and a list of foods that are included in the recipes. She also talks about how and why she came to write this recipe book.
All 27 recipes are quick and easy to make. They include lots of information in a user friendly format with clear instructions.
Katya has provided amazing photos for each recipe.
I have already made a few recipes, and I have been really happy with the results. They were also very tasty.
I highly recommend this eBook if you have gut issues and want to eat healthy and delicious meals.
