This one on one call is ideal for any woman seeking a greater level of clarity within her journey of womanhood, motherhood, and/or birth work.
This call is designed to assist you in establishing a greater sense of balance, and is a sacred container I created specifically for recentering + realignment.

Here's what to expect from our session:
- Grounding breaths + centering meditation, along with setting intentions: By dropping into our bodies and quieting our analytical minds we will let our intuitive faculty guide our entry into the session. In setting intentions we will form a clear vision for our session and call in what is meant to manifest from our meeting.
- Holding space in conversation: This container is one that thrives on openness, and I will serve as a point of reflection for you as your story unfolds.
