Privacy first:

The tool runs locally in your browser. It has no advertising, telemetry, account system or server component. Your project information remains in your browser unless you deliberately copy or export it.

Getting started:

1. Download and extract the complete ZIP file.

2. Open index.html in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.

3. Enter your original project scope.

4. Paste a new client request and review the comparison.

5. Check the result yourself before communicating with your client.

This tool provides structured assistance and does not provide legal, financial or professional advice. You remain responsible for your contracts, prices and client communications.
