Terms and Conditions for transfer of Intellectual Property Rights.

The content creator and curator, Dauxycheeks, hereby relinquishes all rights and claims to the listed content.

Upon transaction completion, the buyer assumes ownership of the listed content, including copyright and intellectual property rights.

The buyer assumes the right to sell, redistribute or otherwise publish the listed content however they may see fit.

The buyer assumes the right to be credited for the listed content.

The buyer assumes the right to sell the content as is, altered, edited or extended, including new versions, remasters, etc, etc.

The buyer assumes the right to sell the intellectual property rights at any time, for any reason, for any price they see fit.

The buyer will notify the content creator, Dauxycheeks, of any transfers within 48 hours of sale completion.

The buyer assumes sole responsibility for the listed content, including: storage, image hosting and copyright infringement protections.

The buyer agrees that they will not infringe on any prior fair use agreements made and established before 2/27/2023. This includes: Demanding or asking for repayment to reinstate an already established fair use agreement, filing a copyright infringement notice to forcefully have the content removed and publicly and/or privately shaming, harassing or coercing prior fair use agreement holders.

The buyer agrees and understands that all copies of the listed content will be deleted from ALL drives and will therefore be unrecoverable upon transaction completion.
