Drafting classroom materials takes time. Writing a good request to a writing assistant takes time too. This pack gives you 60 instructions already written, so you only fill in the brackets.

Each instruction is built the same way. You supply the topic, age or grade, goal and your own facts. The instruction tells the tool to stay inside what you gave it, flag what you should verify, and leave the final choice to you.

The 60 instructions sit in 10 groups of six:

  • Lesson planning
  • Explanations and examples
  • Differentiated practice
  • Assessment drafts
  • Feedback and reflection
  • Literacy and language
  • STEM and inquiry
  • Accessibility and inclusion
  • Teacher communication
  • Planning and professional reflection

You also get a short "Before you paste" page with privacy limits, and a reusable teacher review card with 8 checks to run on every result.

How it works:

  1. Read the PDF, or print it.
  2. Save an unchanged master copy of the Word file.
  3. Pick an instruction, replace each bracketed field with your own approved facts, and paste it into a writing tool your school approves.
  4. Treat the result as a draft. Check facts, answer keys, age fit, accessibility, bias and rights before it reaches students.

Privacy and safety are built in. The pack tells you to use fictional, aggregate or properly de-identified examples (removing a name alone may not remove identifying details). It tells you not to paste student records, health information, safeguarding details, private family messages or identifiable work into an unapproved service. It also says not to use the instructions for diagnosis, discipline decisions, final grades or profiling.

This is a self-guided digital download. It makes no claim about results, time saved or grades. It does not link to any curriculum standard unless you supply the exact text.

What's inside

Content: 60 instructions in 10 groups, a "Before you paste" page, a reusable review card (8 checks), and one practice example (fictional fractions task).

Not included: personal consulting, software or subscriptions, setup help, account access, publishing, or any promise of sales or results.

Who it is for

  • Teachers and tutors who draft their own lessons, practice, rubrics and notes home.
  • Teachers who want clear, careful instructions that keep student data out and keep the teacher in control.
  • Staff who write family updates, meeting agendas and assignment notes.

Who it is not for

  • Anyone who wants a finished set of lessons, worksheets or tests. These are instructions, not finished materials.
  • Anyone planning to paste real student records or identifiable work into a tool their school has not approved.
  • Anyone who needs diagnosis, disciplinary decisions, final grades or student profiling.
  • Anyone who expects legal, safeguarding or school-policy advice. Check those with a qualified person.

Questions

Which tool do I paste the instructions into? Any writing assistant your school or employer approves. No tool, account or subscription is included.

Can I paste my students' work or names? No. Use fictional, aggregate or properly de-identified examples only. Follow your school policy.

Are the answers ready to give to students? No. Every result is a draft. You check facts, answer keys, age fit, accessibility, bias and rights, and you decide what reaches students.

Can I edit the instructions? Yes. The Word file is for editing. Keep an unchanged master copy first.
