Course Objectives

By the end of this self-paced course, participants will be able to:

Meet Your Presenter

Ryan is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with ADHD clients in both clinical and academic settings. Ryan founded and owns Level-Up Life, a remote coaching company specializing in ADHD and executive functioning. He teaches at Utah Valley University and conducts research studying ADHD and its common comorbidities, such as academic struggles, addictions, trauma, and executive dysfunction. He blends his experience as a clinician, an educator, and a researcher with a focus on ADHD to bring together this course.
