Digital Product / Final Sale
Due to the digital nature of this product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Once the LUT pack has been purchased or downloaded, refunds, returns, or exchanges will generally not be provided, except where required by applicable law.
License
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the LUTs in your personal and commercial video projects. You may use them for music videos, films, YouTube content, social media, advertisements, client projects, and other visual productions.
No Reselling or Sharing
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy, trade, sublicense, or give away the LUT files, whether individually or as part of another LUT/preset pack. Each purchase is licensed to the original purchaser.
Compatibility
The Prime Example LUT Pack is designed for use with properly prepared footage, including LOG footage from supported camera workflows. Results can vary depending on the camera, LOG profile, exposure, white balance, lighting, color-management workflow, and editing software. Proper color correction and/or color-space conversion may be required before applying a creative LUT.
Creative Results
The LUTs are creative color-grading tools and do not guarantee that every shot will produce the exact same appearance as promotional examples. Users should adjust exposure, white balance, contrast, saturation, and LUT intensity as needed for their footage.
Ownership
All LUT files, branding, designs, names, and associated digital assets remain the intellectual property of PrimeAtl. Purchasing the pack gives you permission to use the LUTs; it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the LUT files themselves.
