MTA Vehicle Turbo Script

Turbo script made for OwlGaming, works for any gamemode with very little configurations. You can set turbo typing /setturbo 1 - ON, 0 - OFF. This script works with my other backfire script, if you have that backfire script and have both turbo and backfire set to 1, after turbo value in the turbo gauge display going over 1.45 and releasing throttle, the backfire goes crazy.
