Digital designs are available for download immediately after purchase. You can download the designs right after purchase & you will be prompted accordingly. If there's any issues downloading a design please email me & I will share it with you in Google drive as soon as I can. Pleasse download all designs as soon as possible because once a listing is removed from the website the download links will no longer work.
All designs are created in procreate & canva on a canvas that is 4000px by 4000px, and saved in PNG format.
You MUST purchase the file/s from me to be able to use them. You CANNOT get the files from a friend or customer and use them to sale products.

Google Drives
Google drives are yearly. I will start adding designs to them on January 1st and I will stop adding designs to the on December 31st.
Google drives will include all files of that category that I have made for that year. The only files that won’t be on any of the google drives are customs.
When purchasing a google drive please make sure you follow directions after purchase.
Google drives will have limited spots available throughout the year. The price may increase at anytime depending on how many files are on it.

***REFUND POLICY***
Due to these being digital products I do not offer refunds unless it’s an error on my end, such as a seamless design not being seamless. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase I can offer shop credit for the amount of your purchase. If you accidentally purchase the same file twice just let me know and you can switch it out for a different one.
If you are caught and proven to be violating the terms and conditions you will be removed and banned from the VIP group, banned from ever purchasing again, and if you have access to any of the drives your access will be revoked without notification or refund.
