Lash and Esthetician Business Profit Tracker
Lash and Esthetician Profit Tracker Excel for your lash and skin business — service pricing, appointment profit, supplies inventory, and a monthly P and L dashboard. Know what every service actually costs — and whether the month actually made money.
Built for lash artists, estheticians, and small studio owners who need to know, service by service and appointment by appointment, whether the hourly price covers the supplies, the labor, and the room rent — without accounting software. If a service or a promo is losing money, this workbook shows it before the next booking.
WHAT'S INCLUDED (6 sheets):
- Services and Pricing — average hours, supplies cost and labor cost per service, cost per hour, price per hour, and margin in dollars and percent for every service. Change a cost and every appointment profit updates by formula.
- Appointments Log — date, client, practitioner, service, hours, rate per hour, revenue, cost per hour pulled from the service sheet, profit per appointment, and margin. Log lash sets, fills, facials, promos, and free lash fixes in one place.
- Supplies and Inventory — supply, unit, quantity on hand, reorder point, cost per unit, and stock value. Anything at or below its reorder point is flagged LOW STOCK so you buy it before the next client.
- Monthly P and L — revenue, supplies and labor cost, room rent, utilities, and other expenses by month, Jan-Dec, with net profit and margin. Revenue and appointment cost are formulas from the Appointments sheet.
- Dashboard — total revenue, appointments, hours, average appointment value, gross and net profit and margin, best service by margin per hour and by margin percent, best-selling service, best appointment and best practitioner, costs by category, and low stock count.
- Cover and How to Use — start here. Yellow cells are the only ones you edit.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. Download the Excel file instantly after purchase.
2. On sheet 1, enter each service's average hours, supplies cost per service, labor cost per service, and price per hour. Cost per hour and margin fill in by formula.
3. On sheet 2, log every appointment: date, client, practitioner, service (spelled exactly as on sheet 1), hours, and rate per hour. Revenue, cost per hour, and profit fill in by formula.
4. On sheet 3, keep quantities on hand current and set a reorder point for each supply. Buy more of anything flagged LOW STOCK before the next client.
5. On sheet 4, enter room rent, utilities, and other expenses each month, then check gross and net profit on the Dashboard.
HOW THE NUMBERS WORK:
Cost per hour is (supplies cost per service plus labor cost per service) divided by average hours. Margin per hour is price per hour minus cost per hour. Margin percent is margin per hour divided by price per hour. Gross profit is revenue minus supplies and labor cost; net profit is revenue minus supplies and labor cost, room rent, utilities, and other expenses. One billable hour is one unit.
WHO IT'S FOR:
Lash artists, estheticians, and small lash or skin studio owners who want service pricing, appointment profit, supplies inventory, and a monthly P and L in one workbook — without accounting software.
PLEASE NOTE:
- This is a digital download. No physical item will be shipped.
- Works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (upload to Google Drive to open in Sheets).
- Example data for October 2026 is included (12 services, 20 appointments, 26.25 hours, 3 practitioners, 14 supplies). Replace it with your own numbers.
- The example is simplified: the discounted Promo Facial is priced at 40.00 per hour against a cost of 51.00 per hour and loses 11.00 per session, and free lash-fix appointments lose 23.50 each because they cost supplies and labor with no charge. Labor cost is entered as a flat amount per service in the example — change it on sheet 1 if your labor cost works differently.
- This is a bookkeeping and planning tool only, not tax, legal, or CPA advice.
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available. Message me before buying if you have a question.
