XLSX files intended for desktop Microsoft Excel; native Excel and other apps were not tested. The six-sheet startup workbook’s formulas were checked with the authoring calculation engine; that check does not cover the separate FOPT workbook. The PDF is printable, not an interactive form. Digital download only.
