Staff Training Pack: Respect at Work
Your own staff training, ready to deliver.
Training only counts if you can show it happened. A trainer typically charges £450 to £1,500 for a single session. This pack lets you run the session yourself, as many times as you need, for every team, every site and every new starter, with no further fees.
"Respect at work: preventing harassment and sexual harassment" is a 45-minute session written in plain, warm language for everyone, from the shop floor to the office.
It covers:
- what harassment and sexual harassment are, and why it's the impact that counts
- "where's the line?" with real examples
- what to do if a customer or member of the public crosses the line
- how to report, including anonymously, and what to do if you see it happen
- protection from victimisation and whistleblowing
- two interactive activities, with answers

Licence: unlimited in-house use within one organisation. Your organisation is responsible for delivery: your trainer reads the law guide before each session, and you keep the training up to date and keep the records. Not for delivering to other organisations (consultant licences are available).
