Silver Strength is a virtual fitness program designed specifically for adults age 60+. These gentle, joint-friendly workouts help you improve strength, balance, flexibility, and energy—so you can move with confidence in everyday life.

Silver Strength makes exercise safe, simple, and effective—without overwhelming routines or high-impact moves.
Classes will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00 AM ET on Zoom.
Each class will be about 30–35 minutes, including warm-up, strength, balance work, cardio, and stretching.
You’ll need a sturdy chair without wheels, a pair of light dumbbells (5 lbs or less), and resistance loops (9–12 inches). If you don’t have weights, you can also use water bottles or soup cans.
All exercises are designed to be low-impact and joint-friendly. Modifications will be given so you can move safely and comfortably at your own pace.
Yes! All sessions will be recorded and shared privately so you can do them later or repeat them anytime during the program.
Absolutely! This program is beginner-friendly. Each move is safe, gentle, and progressive, with plenty of options to meet you where you are.
After you register, I’ll send you a welcome email with all the information, including the Zoom link for class.
