Standard — $99, 3 working days: everything in Starter, for up to 8 brand deals, plus a renewal calendar (next 12 months of expiry dates with the action for each) and a one-page renewal quote checklist you can reuse for every renewal. Premium — $179, 5 working days: everything in Standard, for up to 15 brand deals, plus a usage-pricing review: we flag every bundled 'forever, everywhere' grant and every unpriced renewal, with a suggested usage percentage for each, and a 30-minute written walkthrough of your renewal priorities.

What you receive: your completed tracker (XLSX) with your deals entered — not a blank template; renewal calendar (Standard and Premium) covering the next 12 months; renewal quote checklist (Standard and Premium); usage-pricing review notes (Premium only).

What the buyer provides after purchase: a list of current and recent brand deals (brand, campaign, deliverables, fees) — redacted copies are fine; no passwords, no account logins. The usage terms agreed for each deal, as far as you know them: usage type, channels, territory, start and end dates (if a term is unknown, mark it 'unknown' and we flag it rather than guess). Your preferred renewal approach: renew at the same usage fee, re-quote, or decline. Any automatic-no list: brands, categories or usage types you will not accept.

How delivery works: after purchase, reply to the delivery email with the information above. We build your tracker and deliver the finished files through the platform. We never log in to your accounts, never reply to brands on your behalf, and never contact your clients directly. Delivery is in English.
