Kathleen Dayberry is a whimsical storyteller and devoted dog enthusiast, inspired by the real-life antics of her senior rescue, the tiny Toy Fox Terrier, Tink. With a background in pet rescue, she crafts heartwarming tales that celebrate the quirky joys of pet companionship.

When not dreaming up adventures for furry friends, Kathleen can be found sipping tea with her husband (kenneth), playing fetch with her recent pup (athena) or sharing laughs with young readers. This is her debut children's book, born from endless cuddles and a whole lot of love for the underdogs (literally!).
