Life's Lottery

Set in a small town in the future where people choose to live a simple life of limited technology. To make their lives better without introducing technology they have a weekly lottery. The winner is given something that the towns supercomputer will improve their happiness. But when twelve year old Luke wins the lottery the computer begins to fail as it can't find a way to make him happier.
